Adopting a Holistic Data Strategy

Historically, associations have primarily focused on capturing revenue-related data points, sometimes overlooking non-revenue data in the process. In the age of AI, this narrow approach to data collection and management can limit an organization's ability to leverage AI tools effectively.

During this 1-hour conversation, we take a deep dive into:

  • The limitations of a revenue-centric data mindset and its implications for AI adoption and optimization.
  • The types of non-revenue data that associations should prioritize.
  • Strategies for expanding data collection and management practices.
  • Best practices for breaking down data silos and integrating disparate data sources.
